Today, November 18, 2025, our hosting provider Cloudflare experienced a major global outage. This affected millions of websites and services worldwide that rely on Cloudflare's DNS and network services – including your site hosted with Sfida.PRO.

The outage lasted approximately 3 hours:

• Start Time: 12:30 PM CET (1:30 PM Tirana Time / 6:30 AM Texas Time)
• End Time: 3:30 PM CET (4:30 PM Tirana Time / 9:30 AM Texas Time)

During this period, your website and all platforms we manage through Cloudflare's DNS infrastructure were not accessible to visitors.

We use Fluent Forms on many of the websites that we develop and just today had a meeting with one of our clients to help redesign their website where part of the redesign will be to move the over from Gravity Forms to Fluent Forms because they are now much more advanced and feature rich and also integrate very well with the CRM.

Your Existing Automator Workflows Are Safe

If you already use Webhooks or workflows connected through Automator, don't worry. This update does not affect them at all, and they will continue to work just as they did before this update.

A Simpler Way to Connect New Forms

For new forms, you can now add these advanced features directly, without needing to use Automator. This includes:

• Setting up Webhooks
• Using custom fields
• Assigning leads to specific lists, tags, or segments

Simplify Your Existing Automator Workflows

If your Automator workflow's only job is to map custom fields, add a Webhook, or assign lists and tags, you can now eliminate it. Simply configure those settings directly in the form and then you can safely remove the old workflow.

If this is just one step in your Automator workflow, consider if you can simplify the workflow by configuring this step in the form directly instead. This will ensure you're taking advantage of as much of our native functionality as possible, without the need for an automation plugin.

• Fixed: Custom HTML Element now properly displays "No preview available" message when saved as a template
• Fixed: Vimeo video preset for title and byline (author) settings now correctly respect the hidden setting instead of always showing as true

• Fixed: New recurring prices added in Square now remain saved after page refresh, preventing data loss

I took to visiting the site of Future2Tech which is organizing an event in Tirana this October, but as I added the url in the browser I was faced with a sad notice where my antivirus/firewall app had completely blocked the site, moreover the site was unsecure due to lacking a SSL certificate!

We've had this happen to some of our sites as well, which is why we maintain external monitoring services from most of our critical sites. Let's hope they will be able to get it fixed soon.
