Having a website can be a challenge. Even some of the best websites out there can have issues from time to time, thus it came as no surprise when we realized that even the main site of the page builder that we use in almost 99% of our websites, had some technical issues, though brief as they were.

I'm talking about none other than thrivethemes.com which has a temporary down time as can be seen by this screenshot we captured while working.

As we continue to grow our we also get to see more and more repeated issues as well as new issues, but we always strive to learn and get better at what we do.

Some of the ways we are trying to improve is:

• by constantly sharing knowledge about the issues we encounter;
• by constantly documenting and/or improving existing documentation about our internal and external procedures;
• by constantly focusing on learning from the best and not least;
• by constantly listening to our clients and visitors feedback and suggestions;

other important ways include:

• by constantly focusing on backups, backup, backups;
• by constantly doing regular maintenance and updates;
• by constantly reviewing our internal infrastructure and weak points;
• by constantly learning, yes - this repeated intentionally;
• and many other ways.

Ultimately, we do what we love and we seek to help and support our clients' goals and dreams, though our technical knowledge and expertise, while they get to focus on theirs.
