Arteka is an online magazine focused on Albanian arts and culture, covering a wide range of topics related to the humanities. Founded in July 2020, the magazine provides insightful articles and features that explore the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Albania.
The publisher of Arteka approached our agency with a request to create a custom website for the magazine that could accommodate the growing number of categories for their articles. Our challenge was to create a simple, black and white design and layout for the magazine that would provide a clean and organized presentation of the content, without compromising on the functionality and user experience of the site.
We opted to use WordPress as the foundation for the website, which allowed us to create a custom responsive design that would look great on any device, while also providing the flexibility and functionality that the client required. We worked closely with the client to develop a user-friendly interface that would allow them to easily manage their content and categories.
One of the key features of the website is the automatic email newsletter, which is sent out to subscribers on a regular basis. This allows the publisher to keep their readers informed about the latest articles and news, while also providing a convenient way for readers to stay up-to-date with the latest content.
We also implemented SEO configurations for Google and Bing, with schema markup to ensure that the site would be optimized for search engines and provide a strong foundation for the magazine's digital marketing efforts.
Overall, the Arteka project was a great success, and we are proud to have been a part of it. The site has provided a platform for the publisher to share their passion for Albanian arts and culture with a wider audience, while also helping to build a strong online community around the magazine.
