Do you have to host my site for this?
No. Website Care works with any WordPress site, wherever it is hosted. If you would also like us to host it, our Managed WordPress plan combines hosting and care.
What if my site gets hacked?
We scan and harden to prevent it, and if something gets through, standard malware cleanup is included. Severely compromised sites are scoped and quoted first — we always tell you before any extra work.
What do the support hours cover?
Content edits, small changes, fixes and questions. Larger projects or custom development are quoted separately so there are no surprises.
How is this different from Managed WordPress?
Website Care is the maintenance and support layer for a site hosted anywhere. Managed WordPress bundles that same care with our hosting and an SLA. If you want one provider for everything, choose Managed WordPress.
