We handle the tech. You run the business.
Every week something in WordPress needs attention: a plugin update, a performance tweak, a security scan. Most owners do not have time for that, and doing it poorly is worse than not doing it at all. We take the entire WordPress stack off your plate, so your site stays fast, secure and converting without you lifting a finger.
WordPress should not be a part-time job
If you manage your own site, you know the drill.
- A plugin update breaks your checkout page at 10pm on a Friday.
- You skip updates because you fear what will break, which makes your site a target.
- Your site slows down and you have no idea why, or how to fix it.
- You ask your host for help and they send you a link to a documentation article.
You hired an accountant to do your taxes. You should have someone managing your WordPress too.
A dedicated WordPress team, for the price of one monthly tool
This is not just hosting. It is an ongoing service where our team actively monitors, maintains and optimizes your site every week. We test updates before applying them, watch your site around the clock, tune performance and caching so pages load fast, and when something goes wrong you get a real response, fast, with a written SLA behind it. Think of it as a WordPress engineer on retainer, without the full-time salary.
Everything managed. Nothing missed.
Weekly updates, tested first
Plugin and theme updates applied in a staging copy first, so there is no surprise breakage on your live site.
24/7 monitoring
Automated uptime and security monitoring runs around the clock; our team responds to critical alerts within your plan’s SLA window.
Malware scanning + removal
Standard WordPress malware removal included. Heavily compromised sites are scoped and quoted first, we tell you before we bill.
Performance optimization
Image compression, caching and database cleanup keep your site fast as it grows.
Cloudflare CDN, configured
Your content is delivered from the server nearest each visitor, set up and managed by us.
Extended backups
Up to 60 days of backup retention, so more history means more recovery options.
Priority support with an SLA
Server and WordPress issues answered within 24–48 business hours, in writing.
Monthly plain-language report
Page speed, uptime and what we did that month, with no jargon.
What is not included
- Content edits and new pages (billed at €50/hr support or €100/hr dev, or quoted as a project)

Questions, answered
What does “managed” actually mean?
Our team actively works on your site each week: applying tested updates, monitoring security, running performance checks and responding to issues. You do not need to log in to keep things running, we handle it.
Do you test updates before applying them?
Yes. We apply updates in a staging copy of your site first, verify nothing breaks, then deploy to your live site. This is standard on all plans.
Can I still log in and edit my own content?
Absolutely. You keep full WordPress admin access at all times. Managed means we handle the technical maintenance layer, you keep full control of content and design.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
We restore from backup immediately and investigate. Because we test in staging first this is rare, but if it happens we fix it at our cost, not yours.
How is this different from Basic Hosting?
Basic Hosting gives you the server; you manage WordPress. Managed WordPress means we manage everything, the server and all WordPress maintenance, with a written SLA.
Tell us about your site — we’ll take it from here.
Send us a few details and a senior member of our team will reply within 24–48 business hours with a clear recommendation and a fixed monthly price. No obligation, no pressure.
- Free assisted migration from your current host — we move everything intact.
- A senior WordPress team on your site from week one, with a written SLA.
- Honest advice: if a lighter plan fits you better, we’ll say so.
