Key takeaways
- A respected in-person teacher usually has the hardest part already solved — an audience that trusts her. The missing piece is the system to serve them online and get paid for it.
- We took a Tirana yoga & face-yoga instructor from concept to a live, sellable online program — landing page, checkout, delivery, follow-up and maintenance — without forcing her into expensive new tools.
- The approach was a lean launch: use what she already owns, keep the first version simple, and automate only where it pays off.
- This is the work we love: turning real expertise into recurring revenue the owner controls.
The starting point
Elisabeta is an established yoga and face-yoga instructor in Tirana — 4+ years running her own studio, international certifications, a 5.0★ rating from 56 Google reviews, even sessions with institutions like the Indian Embassy. Her in-person classes were full and loved.
But an in-person studio has a ceiling: a room only holds so many people, and her growing audience in the Albanian diaspora — Italy, Germany, the UK, the US — simply could not attend. She wanted to teach them too, on a schedule that worked from anywhere, and turn her teaching into something steadier than one class at a time.
That is a business problem, not just a website problem. So we treated it like one.
The opportunity
The model already works elsewhere: live, online, community-driven programs that reach thousands across a home market and its diaspora. The winning version is not a pile of pre-recorded videos — it is live sessions, a real community, and a teacher people actually know. Elisabeta had the one thing that cannot be faked: a genuine following that trusts her.
Our job was to build the machine around that trust — and to do it lean, so she could launch without a heavy upfront investment.
What we built — concept to maintenance
We handled the whole chain, end to end:
- Strategy & concept — we mapped the program, the offer tiers, and the simplest path from “interested” to “paying member.”
- The landing page — a clear, conversion-focused page that explains the program, the benefits, the packages and the guarantee, in Albanian, for her audience.
- Selling it — a streamlined e-commerce checkout with card and PayPal payments, structured as simple prepaid packages (no confusing auto-renewals), plus automatic recovery emails for abandoned checkouts so fewer sales slip away.
- Delivering it — live classes over Zoom, recordings available afterwards, a private community space, and a members’ area so each subscriber has one place for their schedule and links.
- Marketing & follow-up — email automation for welcome sequences and reminders, a waitlist opt-in to capture interest before launch, and forms wired straight into her contact list.
- Compliance — we planned for the real requirements of selling online in Albania (e-invoicing / fiscalization, data protection) so the business is built on solid ground.
- Keeping it running — managed hosting, automated backups, security and monitoring, so she can teach instead of troubleshoot.
The result is a single, coherent system: someone in Hamburg or Tirana finds the page, picks a package, pays, gets a welcome email, joins the community, and shows up to a live class — and Elisabeta gets a clean, recurring business she owns outright.
The approach: lean launch, not a moonshot
The most important decision was not technical — it was restraint. It would have been easy to over-build: a heavy membership platform, complex automations, a long timeline, a big bill. We deliberately did not.
Instead we built a lean v1 on the tools she already had, kept the first version of the join-flow simple (even partly manual where that was genuinely faster than automating), and reserved the heavier automation for when the member numbers justify it. That keeps the launch cheap, fast and low-risk — and means the system grows with the business, not ahead of it.
It is the same principle we bring to every project: the right tool for the job, at the right time — not the most tools.
Who this is for
If you are an expert with a real following — a coach, a trainer, a therapist, a teacher, a consultant — and you are trapped trading hours for money in a room that only holds so many people, the same playbook applies. The hard part (people who trust you) is done. What is missing is the system to package your expertise, sell it, deliver it and keep it running — so it earns while you teach.
That is exactly what we build, from concept to checkout to community to maintenance.
This program launched recently — we will follow up with the results (members, retention, reach) as they come in. The point of this piece is the build and the approach.
